Dozens of NRM Central Executive Committee aspirants are meeting electoral commission officials in Kampala. They were were summoned by Secretary General Richard Todwong and the EC chairperson Tanga Odoi to be taken through the dos and don’ts why campaigning for respective slots on CEC. Twodong, has asked the aspirants to avoid using money to disorganise the party. Twodong says he aware that some of them have a lot of money and are using it to hide delegates to ensure that they don’t meet other aspirants.
